What types of games do you offer for rent?

We offer a variety of giant game rentals suitable for all occasions. Our 15 games can be found on our Pricing page.

How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking your rental as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like the summertime and holidays.

Why do I need a game attendant?

You can rent up to 6 games without needing an attendant, ideal for smaller, informal events. Small birthdays, small get togethers like dinner parties.

For 7-15 games, game attendants are required to help manage the games and assist players, which comes with an additional fee. This policy helps ensure the quality and longevity of our games.

Cancellations must be advised no later than 14 days before the scheduled booking date to receive a 50% refund of your payment. Any cancellations after the 14-day cancellation period will not receive a refund. If your event has been rescheduled due to weather, we will accommodate if the new date is available. What are your delivery fees? Do you deliver outside of Winnipeg?

We charge a flat rate inside of Winnipeg of $30 for delivery and pick up. For outside of Winnipeg, we charge by mileage and travel time.

My event is 3-5 days, is that okay?

For a longer duration event that is large (7-15 games rented), we do charge accordingly for travel and our staff members meals and accommodations. If renting 6 or less games, there are no additional fees.

Can I make changes to my reservation after booking?

Subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.

How much is the deposit required to book a rental?

We require full payment for the booking. For our cancellation policy see our Terms and Conditions.

What happens if a rental item is damaged during use?

Customer will be charged a repair fee for the full cost of repairs of the pieces that were damaged.

We have food and drink at our events, is that okay?

That is okay! But please no food or drinks allowed on the games.

Are your rental items suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

Yes, our rental items are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental periods are by the day.
