Payment Policy

We require full payment for the booking.

Delivery Fees

We charge a flat rate of $30 for delivery and pick up within Winnipeg. For outside of Winnipeg, we charge by mileage and time.

Game Attendants

You can rent up to 6 games without a game attendant, ideal for smaller events. For 7-16 games, game attendants are required to help manage the games and assist players, which comes with an additional fee. This policy helps ensure the quality and longevity of our games.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be advised no later than 14 days before the scheduled booking date to receive a 50% refund of your payment. Any cancellations after the 14-day cancellation period will not receive a refund. If your event has been rescheduled due to weather, we will accommodate if the new date is available.

Duration of Event

For longer duration events with many games rented (7-16 games), we charge accordingly for travel and our staffs meals and accommodations. If you rent 6 or fewer games, there are no additional fees.

Changes to Booking

Changes to reservations are subject to availability.

Damage Policy

Customer will be charged a repair or replacement fee for the full cost of the pieces that were damaged or are missing during use.

NO Food and Drink on games

Food and drinks are allowed at your events, but please refrain from placing them on the games.
